Available Function Suites
The Garden Room
The Garden Room is a light airy room that is situated in the Georgian Manor house. This function suite is L shaped with wood oak floors and flows up to the Bar@Hadlow. This room can be used for ceremonies and seats up to 80 guests in one side, and up to 110 guests if using both sections of the room. Total seated guests for a wedding breakfast is 64 guests and up to 110 evening guests. A private garden can be offered with this function suite, which can be enjoyed on summer days.
The Hadlow Room
The Hadlow Suite offers a perfect setting for your wedding day. This function suite has high ceilings, a sky light and chandeliers and also opens up onto the main lawns at the front of the hotel. This room can seat up to 130 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 200 total guests in the evening. The Hadlow Suite is accompanied with the Hadlow Bar.
The option of an additional marquee can be added onto the Hadlow Suite for civil ceremonies. A marquee will be sourced to suit the number of guests that will be attending the ceremony. The Marquee is lined and comes with a flooring and red carpet aisle.
The Goldings Room
This function suite is perfect for intimate ceremonies of up to 40 guests and can also be used for private dining for up to 30 guests.
